Improving the quality of life in our community.

The mission of the Tanglewood Hillsdale Community Association is to enhance the quality of life and promote community spirit, representing the views of its membership, and participating in charitable, educational and recreational activities.

Next neighbourhood event

50th Anniversery of Tanglewood Labor Day Corn Roast

Sept 5, 2018, from 5 to 7pm Field beside Tanglewood community Center 30 Woodfield Dr.

All activities are free to participants Ontario Safety council will hold a Bike Rodeo in the Tennis courts Children are required to bring their bikes and helmets. Hotdogs, chips and pop will be provided by Hard Stones Grill. 100% of the proceeds will go to THCA. Tim Hortons will provide free Hot Chocolate and Coffee. Bring your bathing suit and a towel. Hopefully it will be warm enough to go in the pool provided by Hippo in the Bathtub.

Yoga for new Moms & Yoga

Wednesday, Sept 19 to Nov 7 from 1:30 to 2:30 & Thursdays Sept 13 to Oct 25 from 7:30 - 8:30 pm

Focus on mindfulness, breathing and slow physical movements.

Volunteer Positions

Photographer & Display of Pictures

You enjoy taking and displaying pictures.  You use our Canon Rebel T5 to take pictures at Events, Programs and seasonally selected neighbourhood homes.  Guided by a budget, you arrange printing 8 x 10 photos and mounting/replacing them in the Community Centre, as well as on our website and Facebook.
