Taoist Tai Chi arts calm the mind and refresh the body. They help improve balance, circulation and posture as well as increase strength and flexibility, promote relaxation and reduce stress. Practitioners, including those with specific health concerns such as high blood pressure, arthritis, low bone density, high cholesterol, MS or Parkinson’s, have all found benefits through the practice of this ancient Taoist art.
