Learn the basics of skating. This program is for any age. $25 for 5 weeks. There will be no refunds for lessons canceled due to bad weather ( but a class may be added on to the end on February 23) at the discretion of the instructor and dependant on the weather conditions.
If you are a THCA Member then one person in your household can have a $4 discount on the cost of these lessons.
Students need to provide their own skates and helmets and parents need to stay in the building or on the ice during the lessons.

Weekly Tuesday 2:30-3:30 or Thursday 2:30-3:30.
Attend as many classes or stay at a class as long as you like! These are chair exercise classes with some standing for balance exercises. Range of Motion, Rhythm and Co-ordination, Strength and Balance
Thursdays Winter session Jan 9 to Feb 27 Spring session March 5 to April 23 THCA members $46 THCA non-members $50 for 8 weeks
Winter session will be instructed by video and the cost will be free.

Practitioners, including those with specific health concerns such as high blood pressure, arthritis, low bone density, high cholesterol, MS or Parkinson’s, have all found benefits through the practice of this ancient Taoist art.
