TPCC soccer starts May 29

From:  John Clarke:  Manager Outdoor Recreation
Where?
Tanglewood Park Community Centre (30 Woodfield Drive)
 When?
Tuesdays, beginning  May 29 @ 6:00pm
 What do I bring?
All participants are urged to bring a soccer ball.  We have a few extra, but this year’s program is the largest so far!
Also, there will be water breaks, so a cool drink for your child would not be a bad idea.
Equipment?
Participants can wear cleats and shin pads, however it is not mandatory. Running shoes will be fine. No Sandals, Crocs, Flip Flops…!
Who are the coaches?
John Larkin and Paul Bloskie, both members of our community, have graciously volunteered their time. Should any parents/guardians wish to lend a helping hand it would greatly appreciated.
What about bad weather?
As soccer is played outdoors weather is a real factor, be it rain or extreme heat. However, unless you hear from us directly (most likely via the e-mail that you provided), the program is running. Of course, you have the final say in whether or not your child participates.
Too late to register?
Not at all. If there are any people that you may know who would be interested in our soccer program, have them show up a few minutes early on Tuesday and we can see to it on the spot!
Let’s have a great a summer. See you on Tuesday!
