Missing 12 year old Girl
The Ottawa Police Service is looking for public assistance in locating a 12 year old girl. Carissa Stephenson of Ottawa was last seen on Albert Street in the downtown area this morning. She has light brown skin, is 5' 5" (165cm), approximately 100 lbs (45 kg), short black hair with longbangs and large barettes in her hair and has braces (see picture). She was wearing an aqua greenhoodie with a label of "Aéropostale", white/blue denim skinny jeans. There are concerns for her wellbeing as she has some mental difficulties. If anyone has any information as to the whereabouts of Carissa, please contact Ottawa Police Service by dialing 911.
