Chair Exercises for Seniors

Senior stretching is normally geared towards people over the age of 50. Stretching exercises for Seniors is mostly performed by in a chair. Stretching can help improve flexibility, circulation and can reduce the symptoms of certain diseases.

Day: Tuesday & Thursdays

Time: Tuesday Class #1 2:30 to 3:00 pm  Hillsdale Hall

Class #2 3:00 to 3:30 pm  Hillsdale Hall

Thursday Class # 3 11:00 to 11:30 am Lions Den

Class #4 11:30 to noon Hillsdale Hall

Duration:  June 3/14 till ?

Where: Tanglewood Park Community Center
