Pilates

Definition: Low impact body maintenance program designed to stretch and strengthen muscles, open joint, release tension resulting in improved posture and ease of movement during daily activities , recreation and sports.

When: Wednesday, March 5/14

Where: Tanglewood Parks Community Centre                                                                                                                                                                                                    30 Woodfield Ave.

Time: 6:00  to 7:00 pm

We need a minimum of 5 people in order to break even.
