Since construction began in Spring 2023, the Merivale TS Modernization project has been progressing well. Upon completion, the station will improve reliability and bring additional power to homes and businesses across the City of Ottawa and surrounding areas. We sincerely appreciate our neighbours’ continued patience as we work to complete this critical project.
To maintain our project schedule, weekend work will be required throughout the month of February into early Spring 2025. This involves the delivery and installation of steel materials, with work taking place on Saturdays during daylight hours. We do not anticipate any work on Sundays.
