Tanglewood-Hillsdale Community Association (THCA) supports initiatives aimed at cultivating a desirable and safe place to live. THCA manages the Neighbourhood Watch program.

If you want to join the Neighbourhood Watch program, we invite you to submit a registration as a participant either online or by completing a printable registration-form (available soon).
