Free Seniors Exercise Classes online
Date & Time : TBD.  Attend online exercise classes with some standing for balance exercises. Range of Motion, Rhythm and Co-ordination, Strength and Balance.

NROCRC Older adults 55+ Seniors Virtual Program

Class schedule options:

January 22nd, and end April 15th. Time: 9:30 to 10:30 

Jan 23rd ends April 3rd. Time: 10:15–11:15 

January 24th ends April 2nd. Time: 10:30–11:30 

Jan 25th Ends April 4th Time: 10:15- 11:15.

Classes will be streamed over Zoom to participants who have registered. 


This can be completed online at Home, Register Ottawa, or Inscription Ottawa ( For the classes, participants can self-register. Before the start of the class, RCFS can get in touch with every registered participant to make sure they satisfy OPH’s requirements for participation. 

Virtual Programs will send welcome emails to all participants at least 72 hours before the commencement of the class with the Zoom link. Please contact: NROCRC [email protected] for registration.

Virtual programs are available to provide support over the phone or email to participants experiencing technical difficulties.

Harry Potter Themed Digital Escape Room

Ottawa Public Library has a variety of online content including books, magazines, and craft projects.

Ripley’s Aquarium’s Shark Camera — Take the virtual plunge into a
shark tank.

Stratford Festival On Demand — For fans of Shakespeare, there are
several plays available to watch for free on the CBC gem website.

Virtual Museums — Offers several Canadian virtual museum tours
online free of charge. OR
